What's an affiliate link?
An affiliate link is a website link that has a unique tracking code. Thrill of the Unknown will receive a commission if you decide to purchase the item using that specific link.

Does using your link cost me money?
Absolutely not. The price of the item does not change if you decide to use the link. The commission comes from the company, not you.

Do I have to use your affiliate link?
Nope. If you'd rather not use the affiliate link then feel free to find the product on the company's website and purchase it directly.

When do you use affiliate links?
I'll use an affiliate link only if I personally bought, use and enjoy the product. I feel it's unethical (and a gross abuse of trust) for me to use an affiliate link if I did not use my own money to buy it, I've never used or read the product, and/or I don't like the product. If a link is an affiliate link, I'll add (affiliate link) right after it.

Why do you use affiliate links?
I see it as a win-win situation. If you're already going to purchase the item and would like to help support Thrill of the Unknown, then the affiliate link is available for you to use.
